For well over two decades now, Nitin’s unceasing quest for learning has led to multiple challenges and roles. He’s been a Consultant, a CFO, a Business Manager and a Senior Operating Partner in Private Equity. Nitin has been exposed to diverse sectors across Real Estate, Consumer, and Healthcare. Of these all, he counts the decade and a half spent in Retail and the F&B Service Industry as the most fulfilling one. A Chartered Accountant, Company Secretary and MBA (Honors) from Chicago Booth School of Business, Nitin has led large teams, transformational transitions and value creation projects in Consumer & Healthcare Sector. Nitin is meticulous, purposeful and gets right down to work. By following this method, he finds himself working alongside virtually all stakeholders of an organisation. From promoters, investors and the leadership team, to early levels of the org pyramid. And this collaboration is what fuels his fire and makes him feel extremely fortunate.

Aman is a personable leader with infectious positivity. An agile and seasoned HR business person with over 2 decades of cross-functional experience, Aman has been a people’s person across QSR, financial & the manufacturing space.

A hands-on leader who believes in rolling up his sleeves and getting things done, Aman’s key strength lies in transforming HR functions across channels. And he counts his expertise in Business HR, HR tech, compensation & benefits, HR analytics and talent development as key tools to building a winning culture for the organisations he has partnered.

In the time he has spent with Jubilant & Paradise, Aman is credited with having achieved success through HR transformation, recognised by GPTW, scalable HR projects & driving change management in line with organization goals. He spearheaded the incubation of manpower optimization for each store at the micro-level to drive manpower productivity both at Jubilant Food works & Paradise food court.

Rajesh comes with a three decades of experience in leading operations. He has been instrumental in creating processes and disciplines around P&L, building, and scaling large teams. Rajesh loves to drive a Customer Mania mindset and behavior, provides a high visibility leadership, and believes in coaching people and getting the best out of them. In his personal time, Rajesh loves to spend his time with his family, his motorbike included.
