He’s been a Consultant, a CFO, a Business Manager and a Senior Operating Partner in Private Equity. Nitin has been exposed to diverse sectors across Real Estate, Consumer, and Healthcare. Of these all, he counts the decade and a half spent in Retail and the F&B Service Industry as the most fulfilling one. A Chartered Accountant, Company Secretary and MBA (Honors) from Chicago Booth School of Business, Nitin has led large teams, transformational transitions and value creation projects in Consumer & Healthcare Sector. Nitin is meticulous, purposeful and gets right down to work. By following this method, he finds himself working alongside virtually all stakeholders of an organisation. From promoters, investors and the leadership team, to early levels of the org pyramid. And this collaboration is what fuels his fire and makes him feel extremely fortunate.

He spearheaded the incubation of manpower optimization for each store at the micro-level to drive manpower productivity both at Jubilant Food works & Paradise food court.
